Standards Customer Information by addressing administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to (i) ensure the security and
confidentiality of nonpublic personal information relating to Buyer's customers; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards
to the security or integrity of such information; (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could
result in substantial harm or inconvenience to the Buyer or their customers.
